The 2016 Mitsubishi Outlander Sport, the smaller cousin of the Outlander, was refreshed for the 2016 model year to offer a new look and some new technology, among other updates.
Bringing a more sophisticated and high-end look to the new Outlander Sport are power folding side mirrors with integrated LED turn indicators, as well as new moldings on the wheel arch and a new set of wheels. Three new color options will also be available to choose from.
On the inside, the Outlander Sport has also received a few new additions. Besides its remodeled steering wheel and several new upholstery options, the Sport boasts some cool new technology. The Outlander Sport comes with a 6.1-inch touch display and an auto-dimming rear view mirror with built-in Homelink buttons.
The Outlander Sport has plenty of exciting new features for 2016, but its price remains the same as the 2015 model year, making it more accessible for a variety of drivers. Still sporting its same engine and transmission options, the new Sport offers 148 horsepower and an advanced CVT that provides excellent handling and fuel economy.
Mitsubishi also offers some of the most competitive warranty opportunities in the auto industry, so if you’re looking for a crossover or SUV that’s practical for your wallet, the new Outlander Sport is the perfect choice.
